• Digital Courses & Certifications: Refunds are available any time after purchase, 100% money back guarantee.  Just email us or call us with a reason for the refund.
• Physical Training Kits: Refunds are available within 30 days if returned unused and in original packaging.
• Memberships & Subscriptions: Refunds for monthly subscriptions are available upon request, and you can cancel anytime. Annual memberships can be refunded within 180 days of purchase.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

• Physical Training Kits are shipped via standard ground shipping (5-7 business days) within the U.S.
• Expedited shipping options are not available.
